Here, Palomino Productions has created a show about the lively music and dance of Tahiti.  The DVD includes solos as well as group dances, an interview where we learn about traditional Tahitian tatoos, a host's narration, and more. 

The featured performers on the show come from the San Francisco Bay Area group Te Mana 'O Te Ra.  We also include some performance from the Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii.  As with our other shows, we give a cultural as well as artistic view of the art form.

Especially recommended for lower division college/univeristy (ethnic studies).
